I have learned alot during our 6 weeks of *Ticket To Space* and I learned one thing I have been trying to find out... The question was... "Why is there no air in space!?" The answer was...there was no atmosphere to hold air in, and also no air. No air because all the componets of air (CO2, O2 and N2) are made by some biological life form. There is no life on the moon, and therefore none of these gasses.

Our Solar System

On the 27th of October our topic was space so we had to make a Solar System.

Before we started we had to look at books and go on the internet to find information about the planets. The information we had to get was the size of the planets and the colour of the planets. On this sheet paper it said how big it was.

We made the planets and the sun out of newspaper ad coluored paper. For Jupiter most of the groups used a football and put coloured paper around it.

Our result ws really good the sizes were right and the coulours were spot on and I thought ur group did a great job.

At the end we had to show it to all the other groups and Mrs O'Connor took a picture of it and she might be putting it on the internet. I enjoyed making the SolarSystem it was fun.
